Beth Saunders is the founder of Yours 2 Xplore, a SEND-focused travel business based in Lincoln. As a mum to a child with Type 1 diabetes, ADHD, and a chromosome deletion, Beth knows first-hand how overwhelming travel can feel when the world isn’t built with your family in mind.
So she decided to change that.
Travel Niche & Style
Beth doesn’t book holidays. She asks the questions other agents might not think to.
Is there a fridge in the room for insulin? Is the kids’ club SEND-aware? What’s the plan if a child doesn’t recognise danger or needs a calm-down moment mid-trip?
Her approach is shaped by years of navigating these challenges herself. She understands sensory overload, medical equipment, dietary restrictions, and the emotional weight of wondering whether a holiday is even possible.
Families come to Beth because they want someone who gets it. And she does.
Her favourite destination? The Caribbean. Her secret weapon? A roll of micropore tape. It’s lightweight, airline-friendly, and has saved more holidays than she can count. From securing medical sensors to patching up blisters (and keeping little fingers away from hotel electrics), it’s the one thing she never travels without.

Beth joined JLT in November 2023. Since then, she’s generated £87,000 in sales and built a business she’s genuinely proud of.
Her next goal? Hit £200,000 in sales by the end of the year and launch a full SEND travel guide library on her website. She’s planning both free and paid downloadable guides for families travelling with conditions like autism, ADHD, and diabetes.
It’s the kind of resource she wished existed when she started planning trips for her own family.
