A former apprentice turned independent powerhouse, building real relationships one beach bag at a time.
Faye Harrison isn’t new to travel. She started as a modern apprentice with Thomas Cook back in 2004, straight out of school in Hull. She’s worked for agencies all over the years, but last year something changed.
After watching the industry from the sidelines and quietly “stalking” other companies, JLT caught her eye. The freedom to use any supplier she wanted sealed the deal for her.
Fast forward to today, and Faye’s clocked £62k in sales while juggling her travel business seven days a week alongside a four-day office job. She’s not just building a business. She’s building something that feels like hers.
The Faye Harrison Way
Faye brings a refreshing mix of old school heart and modern hustle to every booking. She loves meeting clients face to face. Getting to know them. Some of her best friends started out as clients, which tells you everything about how she shows up.
Her signature? Branded beach bags. Every beach holiday she books comes with one logo and all. It’s a small touch, but clients love it. She also delivers paperwork by hand or Royal Mail because she believes in doing things properly.
Her travel philosophy is simple: there’s more to a holiday than All Inclusive. She’s all about small, friendly hotels where you can get out, be a tourist, and taste what the locals love. Good food. Good wine. Good music. The real stuff.
The JLT Journey So Far

Faye joined JLT in March 2025, and she’s already making waves. One of her first bookings? A vow renewal for old clients. That full-circle moment set the tone for what’s been coming ever since.
She’s started winning back clients from her apprentice days, which says a lot about the trust she’s rebuilt. Most recently, she booked a couple to Tenerife and landed a group of 15 local footballers heading to Benidorm next May. Not bad for someone still working this around a day job.
But it’s not just the bookings. Faye won a competition with Jet2 by pitching them a business idea, and now they’re working together on Jet2 and Faye Harrison Travel merch. She’s dined at Brasserie Blanc in London with Classic. She won a place on the Anex FAM trip to Turkey. The momentum is real.
Her next big goal? Going full-time next year and finally getting a website up and running.
What Keeps Her Going
Ask Faye what she values most about JLT, and three things come up: freedom, systems, and support.
The freedom to work with any supplier matters. The systems are getting better all the time (she’s a big fan of the new TD skin!). And the support team? She gives a special shout-out to Tom, who’s listened to more than a few breakdowns and always found a way to help.
But it’s the Community Hub that really stands out. “I never feel alone,” she says. And that really matters when you’re building something from scratch while holding down another job.
Wise Words from Faye

Her advice to anyone thinking about joining JLT?
“Give it a go! The training is amazing and helpful and is always evolving.”
She also wants people to know this: when she started, JLT was still pretty new. But she can already see how far the company is going, and she’s excited to be part of the ride.
We’re cheering you on, Faye! From a travel group apprentice to an independent agent with a growing brand, real client relationships, and a Jet2 partnership in the works? You’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.
