When travel becomes a beautiful way to honour love, legacy, and creating inclusive experiences for everyone.
Meet Sheree Daniels from Vacay or Stay in Chelmsford, Essex — a travel agent whose journey into this industry is deeply personal and profoundly inspiring. Sheree joined JLT in March 2025, motivated by something much bigger than business: honouring her mum’s legacy while building a career that works around her own health challenges and disabilities.
Travel with Heart & Purpose
Sheree’s approach to travel planning is rooted in empathy, patience, and real-life understanding. “I approach every trip with care, flexibility, and accessibility in mind,” she explains. “Living with disabilities and health challenges myself, I know how important it is to plan thoughtfully.”
Her speciality lies in creating bespoke, inclusive travel experiences that go far beyond the typical one-size-fits-all approach. She listens closely to what clients truly want — not just the destination, but how they want to feel while they’re away. Every detail matters, from resort atmosphere to staff attitudes, ensuring every traveller feels valued and cared for.
The JLT Journey So Far

While Sheree hasn’t made her first booking yet, she’s been building something incredible: a business founded on determination and heart. Starting alone is never easy — especially while managing health challenges — but Sheree’s approach has been rooted in pure grit and purpose.
“Honestly, setting up my travel business almost entirely on my own has been my biggest achievement so far,” she shares. “With minimal support, I’ve managed to build something I’m truly proud of. It hasn’t always been easy, but my determination to succeed keeps pushing me forward.”
What’s struck her most about JLT? The unexpected sense of community. “The level of support and connection genuinely surprised me — in the best way. Even though many of us work independently, there’s a real sense of encouragement within JLT. I didn’t expect to feel so welcomed, especially as someone navigating health challenges.”
Her next big goal is clear: to grow her client base and start creating those bespoke travel experiences that truly reflect each person’s dreams and needs.
A Memorable Planning Moment

One of Sheree’s most meaningful projects was planning a honeymoon for a same-sex couple working with a limited budget. They wanted somewhere special, adult-only, all-inclusive, and most importantly, LGBTQ+ friendly.
“I took the time to find a destination that wasn’t just beautiful, but safe, welcoming, and aligned with who they are,” Sheree explains. “Every detail mattered — from the resort atmosphere to the activities and even how the staff treated guests. Seeing their joy and knowing they felt comfortable and celebrated on such an important trip was incredibly rewarding.”
This experience perfectly captures why Sheree does what she does: creating experiences where every traveller feels valued, seen, and cared for — no matter their background, budget, or identity.
Words of Wisdom
Sheree’s advice to anyone considering JLT? “Don’t hesitate — especially if you want to work with clients from all over the world. That’s what really drew me to JLT. The opportunities to connect with diverse travellers and help them plan amazing trips are endless.”
Her travel tip for clients reflects her thoughtful approach: always carry a small first-aid kit with band-aids, painkillers, and personal medications. “It can save you from minor annoyances without hunting down a pharmacy in a foreign country.”
With her heart set on Mexico (though her dream destination is Bora Bora), Sheree is building a business that honours her mum’s memory while creating meaningful moments for others. If you’ve ever felt like you had to wait for the perfect time — Sheree is proof you can start where you are.
We’re so excited to watch this journey unfold — and we know this is just the beginning! Every step Sheree takes is proof of what’s possible when passion meets purpose.
