Kirsty brings a unique edge to the team, combining her experience in special educational needs with a deep passion for wellbeing. She’s here to support you when life gets busy and brains feel overloaded. Friendly, thoughtful, and always ready with a cheery note when you need it.
Matt is the go-to for all new agents fresh out of training. He supports each agent for their first 4 weeks — think of it as a mini probation period with extra learning, support, and encouragement before they officially graduate. From answering early questions to helping build confidence, Matt makes sure every agent starts strong and feels part of the team from day one.
Tom is our behind-the-scenes hero for all things TopDog. From tech tweaks to live reservation support, he keeps our platform smooth and our agents confident. He also manages the admin & payments side of our PTS booking system, making sure agent files are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date. Whether it’s a tricky reservation or a missing file, Tom’s the one who gets it sorted — quickly and calmly.
Marco is our king of SEO, tech troubleshooter and system-saving legend. If something isn’t working, he’s usually already fixing it before you notice. Quiet, speedy, and essential.
Billy is the creative heart behind JLT’s visual identity. He’s worked with Janine for years across all her businesses and knows her brand style inside out — warm, happy, and full of heart. From logos to social graphics and everything in between, Billy brings the JLT vibe to life in every design. If it looks good, Billy probably made it.
Nigel – with a background as a barrister, became the legal advisor for JLT, along with being our resident Africa travel specialist. With a background in law and a big passion for travel, Nigel has explored a lot of unique places around the world. His experience and knowledge of off-the-beaten-path destinations make him a great resource for our team and clients. Nigel’s mix of legal know-how and love for adventure makes him an important member of The JLT Group.
