New week. Fresh start. Endless possibilities...

Travel agent sat her learning

The travel industry is HUGE—you’re literally selling the world.

And it moves fast. Airlines add new routes. Hotels rebrand. Visa requirements change. Offers come and go.

To keep up, you have to keep learning.

Education isn’t just something you do at the start. It’s an ongoing mindset…..the difference between feeling stuck and feeling like an expert.

The more you know, the more confident you become. The more confident you become, the easier it is to sell.

So here’s a challenge for you: Learn just ONE new thing this week.

Not everything. Not all at once. Just one thing that makes you feel more confident as a travel agent.

Because here’s the truth – confidence isn’t something you either have or don’t have.

It’s something you build.

One of the biggest limiting beliefs that came up in Gemma’s session was not feeling like the expert.

Imposter syndrome. That sneaky voice that whispers, “Who am I to do this?”
The fear that someone will ask something you don’t know.

The doubt that stops you from showing up, from selling with confidence, from stepping fully into this business.

SO…

The more you know, the more assured you feel.
And the more assured you feel, the easier it is to sell.

So, where can you grow this week?

✅ Watch one webinar.
✅ Learn how many UK airports a supplier flies from.
✅ Check what days a certain route operates.
✅ Find out which hotels have interconnecting rooms for families
✅ Explore a destination you don’t sell often and note 3 key selling points.

One small thing this week. Another next week. Before you know it?
You’re the agent who doesn’t just feel like an expert—you are one.

And when you show up with that level of confidence?

✨People trust you.
✨People book with you.
✨People refer you.

So let’s get to it. What’s your one thing this week? Drop it in the comments 💡

Have a great week!
