Operating from Aberdeen, he’s become the go-to agent for travellers who want that authentic, human connection. “I’m about being personal. I’m there for you when you need me. When you travel with me, you have my private number to get me at any time,” Lee explains.

Since joining JLT in October 2024, Lee has achieved something remarkable: £350K in bookings in just seven months. But the numbers only tell part of his story. Lee’s journey into travel was deeply personal, inspired by his love of exploration, his family, and the memory of his mum who hadn’t seen much of the world.
His proudest win? Bringing his soon-to-be husband into the business to support their guests together. “It’s been incredible building this alongside the person I love most,” Lee shares. Looking ahead, he’s set an ambitious goal of £750K in sales — and with his track record, we have no doubt he’ll smash it.

The booking that means the most to Lee is also the most personal: arranging his own wedding cruise for 2026, bringing 21 close family and friends along for the celebration. “Planning our own wedding cruise while building our business has been such a special experience. It’s shown me how travel really can bring people together for life’s biggest moments.”
